This evening program at Museum Beelden Aan Zee offers a special opportunity to discover emerging talents from The Hague while immersing yourself in a diverse program that enriches the exhibitions of Ana Oosting, Emo Verkerk, and Khaled Dawwa.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this edition, the New European Ensemble has curated a special program that perfectly aligns with the themes of the exhibitions. In the Main Hall, music inspired by science and nature will be performed. Pieces such as\u00a0<em>Ecstatic Science<\/em>\u00a0by Mazzoli, which translates mathematical forms and sequences into sound, and a work by Cory Latkovich exploring the relationship between physical tools and music, will challenge and inspire audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later in the evening, the musicians will explore the sea and its mysterious inhabitants with works like Incantation by Kate Moore and Vox Balaenae by George Crumb, which brings the haunting songs of whales to the stage. The program concludes on an energetic note with\u00a0<em>Disco Toccata<\/em>\u00a0by Connesson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond the musical program, After Hours offers a wide range of experiences. In the Atelier, visitors can participate in a workshop led by percussionists Pepe Garcia and Porter Ellerman, creating music with found objects. In the film room, Mikel Urquiza\u2019s Shops Vanishing in the Horizon, inspired by Panorama Mesdag, will be screened. The South Hallpresents music by Kinan Azmeh and Kareem Roustom, alongside the powerful installation\u00a0<em>Voici mon c\u0153ur<\/em>\u00a0by exiled Syrian artist Khaled Dawwa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the evening, the museum caf\u00e9 will serve food &amp; drinks while DJ Clarence sets the mood with an eclectic selection of records.
